LifeSteps Campus is owned by the City of Casper with the current property management agency, Casper Housing Authority, overseeing the campus buildings and grounds.  Please call 307-266-1388 to inquire about housing or to see if your program or agency qualifies to be a local LifeSteps partner program for the residents.  Following significant renovations, and building rehabilitations, Buildings E and F currently have new fire suppression and fire alarm systems in place to protect tenants and visitors.  Fresh paint, new carpeting and beautiful lighting providing a homey atmosphere were paid for by City One-Cent funding and managed by the Casper Housing Authority.
The Casper Housing Authority provides decent, safe, affordable housing for Casper's low-income citizens through programs that are funded and regulated by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.
