Rider Subsidy Program

To participate in the subsidy program:

  1. Fill out Subsidy application at the office, or click here for a printable copy. Note: Our fiscal year is July to June, so applications will need to be updated annually.
  2. Bring completed application with your government issued photo ID and proof of income (one month of pay stubs, food stamp card, or SSI/SSID statement) to Casper Area Transit office located at 1715 East 4th Street during office hours Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  3. Each month you will need to complete a pick up form to receive more tokens or tickets. For a printable copy, click here.
